Looking for a Zero to Mastery coupon code? Most coupon sites list dozens of ZTM codes, and in our test almost none of them worked. Two did. Below are the codes we checked at ZTM’s own checkout, what each one does to the price, and the other legitimate ways to pay less, from regional pricing to ZTM’s Black Friday sale.

We opened ZTM’s Teachable checkout for the annual and lifetime plans in a fresh browser session for each code on 11 October 2026, and recorded the order summary. A code counts as working only if the summary showed a Discount line and a lower total.

The two working codes give the same 10%. Neither is exclusive to us, and codes like these can be withdrawn at any time, so check the order summary before you pay. If a coupon site promises 30%, 40% or 58% off ZTM, it is advertising a sale that is not running: the only ZTM discount larger than 10% we found in the last year was the 2025 Black Friday sale.

How to Apply a ZTM Coupon Code
ZTM’s checkout runs on Teachable and does not show a coupon field, which is why many people think their code “did not work”. The code goes in the checkout link instead:
- Use our annual plan link or lifetime link, which open the checkout with FRIENDS10 already applied.
- Or start from ZTM’s pricing page, click Get Annual Plan, and add
&coupon_code=FRIENDS10to the end of the purchase address before the checkout loads. - Check the order summary. It should show “Discount -$29.90” and “Due today $269.10” for the annual plan, before tax.
- Enter your email and payment details and complete the purchase.
Best Current ZTM Deal: Annual Plan Plus a 10% Code
For most people the best deal on 11 October 2026 is the annual plan with a 10% code: $269.10 a year, about $22.43 a month. The standard annual price of $299 is already roughly half the cost of paying monthly ($588 a year), and the code takes off another $29.90. Our checkout test showed the discount on the recurring total too, so it should apply when the plan renews.

The Groupon Voucher Route
Zero To Mastery Inc also sells membership vouchers on Groupon. On 11 October 2026 the listing offered the 1-year all-access membership at $209 (30% off $299) and lifetime access at $899 (31% off $1,299). Groupon was also running a sitewide promo code that lowered both prices by about 10% more for a limited time.
That makes Groupon the cheapest route we found outside Black Friday, with three caveats. You buy a voucher from Groupon and redeem it on ZTM, so Groupon’s voucher terms and refund rules apply rather than ZTM’s 30-day guarantee. The voucher covers one year, so check what your renewal will cost. And Groupon prices change often, so compare the live price with the $269.10 code price before buying.
Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) Discount
If you live in a low income or middle income country as classified by the World Bank, ZTM offers a purchasing power parity discount on the annual plan. According to the FAQ on ZTM’s pricing page, you request it by emailing support@zerotomastery.io with proof of residence. ZTM does not publish the discounted prices, so ask for your price before you buy, and compare it with the code and Groupon prices on this page.
ZTM Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sale
Black Friday is when ZTM cuts its prices the most. In 2025 it ran its sale from late November until 1 December at 11:59 p.m. Eastern: ZTM’s YouTube announcement and its sale page offered the annual membership at 66% off, which ZTM called its biggest discount ever, and entered members who signed up into a draw for a MacBook Pro.
On 11 October 2026 no 2026 sale page was live and ZTM had not announced one. If you can wait until late November, you will probably pay less than with any code. If you want to start now, the 10% code and the 30-day guarantee are the lower-risk choice. We will update this page when the 2026 sale is announced.

The Lifetime Learning Challenge
ZTM’s Lifetime Learning Challenge gives monthly and annual members a free upgrade to lifetime access if they complete at least one new lesson in each of 30 calendar months. The months are cumulative rather than consecutive, and your progress is kept if you cancel and come back on the same account. On the annual plan with a 10% code, 30 months cost about $673, roughly half the price of buying lifetime access outright.
One catch: according to ZTM’s terms, any refund or chargeback on your account disqualifies you from the challenge unless ZTM approved it in writing.
Get Your Employer to Pay
ZTM’s pricing page includes a “convince your boss” section, and many companies reimburse training. If your employer pays, the price is not your problem. For groups, ZTM sells team licenses billed annually with a volume discount; the team page showed 10% off at its default seat count when we checked.
Does ZTM Offer Student Discounts?
Zero to Mastery does not have a formal student discount program, and we found no student-verification offer on its site. For students, the realistic options are the PPP discount if you qualify, the 10% code on the annual plan, or waiting for Black Friday. Even without a discount, the annual plan costs less than a single ZTM course bought on its own ($399).

ZTM Money-Back Guarantee
All ZTM purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: email support@zerotomastery.io within 30 days and ZTM refunds you. That makes buying with a code low-risk. Two limits are worth knowing. ZTM’s terms let it refuse repeat refund requests, and a refund removes you from the Lifetime Learning Challenge.
Compared with most subscriptions this is a generous policy: you get to use every course for a month before deciding.

Is ZTM Worth the Price?
At $269.10 a year with a code, ZTM costs a little more than Codecademy Pro ($239.88 a year) and much less than Coursera Plus ($399 a year). It is worth it if you want long, project-based video courses, a structured career path and an active community. It is not worth it if you need just one course or prefer short interactive exercises.
