Hello, there!
I’m Rizwan Mushtaq — an Assistant Professor of Finance & Data Science at Mohi-ud-din Islamic University.
I’ve been in the field of Data Science for over 10 years now, since 2010.
I completed my Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting in 2008 as an honors student at the Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab. Then, I went on to pursue a Master of Science in Management Sciences and graduated in 2011. In 2017, I completed my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Paris.
Data science and machine learning are subjects that intrigue me, and that’s why I’ve pursued the field for over a decade. I’ve worked as a lecturer and research assistant where I’ve had the opportunity to educate other curious minds on the nuances of this fascinating field.
In 2021, I decided to further upskill in the field by enrolling in a Data Scientist nanodegree by Udacity. It was an advanced course that really took my understanding of the field to a whole other level.
