Hi My name is Warren.
I graduated from school of positive transformation a few weeks back I am an aspiring personal trainer and Meditation Coach at Aura Health with a huge interest in Meditation and Positive Psychology.
My Story: What Made Me Enroll?
Hi, While studying theatre arts at Temple University, I found my love for meditation while learning about various spiritual practices such as Buddhism and Hinduism.
As I continued to seek knowledge and wisdom about mindfulness, I noticed my way of life slowly become more manageable and even fulfilling.
Fast forward to the end of 2020, two years since I graduated from college, I have a nice job, but I know it’s not what I want to do for the rest of my life.
After some reflection, I realized that I’ve always felt called to serve others, whether it’s as an educator or a healer. Since Mindfulness and Meditation are skills that I felt passionate about teaching, I would do just that.
The School of Positive Transformation appeared to be a safe bet when looking for legit and accredited certification courses.
So I decided to give it a try, I enrolled in their Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training. However, this article is going to be a general review of the School of Positive Transformation.
My Experience With The School of Positive Transformation:
What drew me to the School of Positive Transformation was its authenticity.I was interested in becoming a Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, and I wanted to make sure I only learned from people who knew what they were talking about.
It’s easy to take a class from someone online and learn some good info, but I loved that the School of Positive Transformation certification is well accredited.
I could understand why, since the sessions in the course gave a well-rounded perspective of meditation. There is hands-on learning that helps you practice various methods of meditation.
There’s loads of scientific research to back up the significance and validity of meditation. Plus, there’s critical thinking that prepares you for what to expect when teaching others the art of meditation.
I felt well informed, even though I had my own vast experience in meditation. Let’s have a look at what I liked and disliked in this School of Positive Transformation review.
Courses For Teacher Training:
- Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training
- Accredited Certificate in Integrative Coaching
- Positive Psychology Practitioner Certificate

Did I Get A Job After Course?
I found a job at Aura Health as a Meditation Coach about two months after earning my certification, and I do believe it helps boost your resume. I only wish that I had more info on how to get started in my meditation teacher career, but I know that it’s not a business class.
I just researched about income and salary and these are the details, which are kind of similar considering mine.
Opportunities After Course:
Land a good job just like me or else you have many other options as well:
- Start coaching institutes (Online or Offline)
- Start subscription services
- Take exercise and fitness events
- Taking employees Wellness programs and workshop.
- Private One to one coaching
- Working for companies as a meditation teacher.
Impact Of SOPT On My Life:
The School of positive transformation gave me the tools to be a knowledgeable and engaged meditation teacher. I walked away from it feeling more confident in my abilities.
The accredited certification will definitely get your foot in the door for seeking job opportunities. I found a job as a meditation coach for a mindfulness app about 2 months after finishing my course.
For years, the art of mindfulness has taught me so much about acceptance, patience, compassion, and self-awareness. Thanks to the school, I have learned how to properly share these techniques with others who wish to reduce stress in their daily lives while improving their quality of living.
This is one of many steps that will bring me towards my goal of guiding others to realize their inner power and access to happiness.
If you believe that you or your workplace could benefit from having a Meditation or Mindfulness workshop, please do not hesitate to reach out and collaborate and you can see the detailed syllabus here.
There are so many simple ways to strengthen our work ethic, customer service, and team dynamic by learning some fundamental truths.
My Thoughts On The Syllabus:
Theoretical knowledge (Module 1):
I found the knowledge to be universally relatable and held truth in it. It s was a good way to help incorporate the practices.
Personal experience and practice (Module 2):
The exercises were easy enough and helped me gain more experience in writing meditations on my own.
Teaching others the theory and practice of meditation (Module 3):
It was fun to practice guiding the meditations. I mainly asked my partner to help me practice, and I got great feedback from her. It was an enjoyable experience!
The special sections were fun in providing interesting, fun facts. I wish they didn’t count as a section by itself because I had to wait another day to do the next section.

About The Instructors:

Most of them have a significant amount of knowledge in meditation, Positive psychology, positive leadership skills, and teaching skills.
Thoughts On Course Pricing:
Definitely an investment, but a good one at that. Of course, anyone would be happy for a cheaper price, but I felt like I got my money’s worthwhile taking the class. It felt like I was taking a real college course.
Choose the course according to your need if you want to be a coach or start an institute, I paid $490 for meditation teacher training program.
If you want to become a practitioner in positive psychology, then go for a positive psychology practitioner certificate for $590
Or if you want to achieve a positive change in your life, go for the mindfulness-based meaning program or positive mindfulness program, or 30 days mindfulness program all religious from $60 to $150.
How much I Paid?
I paid $490 for meditation teacher training program & $590 For Positive psychology.
Is Money Back Guarantee Legit?
Yes, There is SOPT’s 30 days money back policy where you get full-refund in case you did not like the course.
Additional Features Of SOPT:
What I liked?
I appreciated that it was hands-on learning and provided so many resources and techniques to aid you even after finishing the course.
I think the course helped break down all the different techniques that might be used when teaching meditation.I like the example scripts; they are good resources. I also enjoyed the questions about what challenges may occur in meditation.
I wish there were some kind of example of meeting with a student and guiding them in meditation to help explain what an actual class looks like.
What I Disliked?
I wish that it gave more tips on how to start establishing yourself in a Meditation Coaching career. But it’s, not a business class, so I understand.
Conclusion: Do I Recommend It?
Yes, I recommend it to anyone who wants to diversify their understanding and practice of Positive Psychology, mindfulness, and meditation.
Increasing demand for Positive Psychology Practitioner or Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training day by day makes it worth it all taught by industries leading experts.
Many of the graduates are running a successful meditation or positive Psychology coaching institute or get a job in this field doing the course. Not to promote the School of positive transformation, but I have concluded this after doing the course and getting a job.
